1 Acceptance of RTM88's Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between RTM88 and every individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the platform, website, services, and games offered by RTM88. This document forms part of a comprehensive agreement that also encompasses RTM88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 RTM88 Membership Eligibility

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are subject to any relevant legal restrictions are not permitted to register.
• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on RTM88. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

RTM88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. This includes, but is not limited to, a copy of the MyKad national identity card, passport, or other official identification documents accepted in Malaysia.

3 RTM88 Account Registration

RTM88 account registration is free of charge and subject to the following conditions:

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including full name, identity card number, Malaysian phone number, and email address — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. False or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• Password: You are solely responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. RTM88 recommends using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Phone Number Verification: All RTM88 accounts require verification of a valid Malaysian phone number via SMS before full access is granted.
• Payment Information: The bank account or e-wallet registered for withdrawals must be in the same name as the RTM88 account holder. RTM88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the RTM88 platform are subject to the following terms:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction.
• Deposit methods accepted by RTM88 include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay and FPX (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks).
• Funds are typically credited to your RTM88 account within 1–3 minutes after a transaction has been successfully processed.
• If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, members are encouraged to contact RTM88 customer support with proof of the transaction.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• RTM88 processes withdrawals within 2–5 minutes to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• All withdrawals are processed exclusively to accounts or e-wallets registered under the same name as the RTM88 account.
• RTM88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.
• Withdrawals will be delayed or declined if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms.

5 RTM88 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

RTM88 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus has wagering requirements that are clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• One Bonus per Promotion: Each member is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once through unauthorised means constitutes fraud.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry a stated validity period. Any bonus not utilised within the specified timeframe will expire automatically without compensation.

6 Game Rules on the RTM88 Platform

The use of all games on the RTM88 platform is subject to the following rules:

• Final Decision: All game outcomes generated by the RTM88 system are final and binding, and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure verified by RTM88.
• Technical Failure: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, RTM88 reserves the right to void the affected round or game and return the wager to the member. Results reached during a technical disruption are not guaranteed to be valid.
• Collaborative Gambling: Members are prohibited from colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage. This includes sharing confidential card hand information, coordinating bets, or any other form of collusion.
• Use of Third-Party Software: The use of any third-party software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in RTM88 games is strictly prohibited.

7 RTM88 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your RTM88 account, including:

• Notify RTM88 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation;
• Ensuring that any device used to access RTM88 is protected with a password and up-to-date security software.

8 Prohibited Conduct on RTM88

• Use of Bots & Unauthorised Software: Using any automated tool, script, bot, or software to automate gameplay or exploit vulnerabilities within the RTM88 system.
• System Interruptions: Attempting to hack, disrupt or obstruct the RTM88 platform's services in any way.
• Abusive Language & Harassment: Using abusive language, making threats, or engaging in any form of harassment towards RTM88 staff or other members in the live casino chat or any other communication channel.

9 RTM88 Account Suspension & Closure

RTM88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process;
• Account closure requested by the member;
• Self-exclusion at a member's request under RTM88's responsible gaming programme;
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, RTM88 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings obtained through non-compliant activity. Any legitimate original deposit balance may be returned at RTM88's discretion once the investigation is concluded.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting RTM88 customer support. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures within 3–5 business days.

10 RTM88 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, RTM88 shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the RTM88 platform;
• Service disruptions caused by events beyond RTM88's control, including technical faults, internet outages, natural disasters, or actions taken by authorities;
• Loss or damage caused by unauthorised access to a member's account as a result of the member's failure to safeguard their login credentials;
• The accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party services integrated with the RTM88 platform.

11 Privacy & Personal Data Protection

RTM88 takes the protection of members' personal data seriously and operates in full compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010. The collection, use, and protection of members' personal information are as detailed in the RTM88 Privacy Policy.

By registering with RTM88, you grant RTM88 permission to:

• Collecting and processing your personal information for the purposes of account management, payment processing, and legal compliance;
• Using your phone number and email address to send important account-related information, promotions, and platform updates;
• Sharing required information with third-party payment providers to facilitate the processing of financial transactions.

RTM88 never sells or shares members' personal data with any third party for marketing purposes without explicit consent. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data by contacting the RTM88 support team.

12 Responsible Gaming at RTM88

13 Amendments to RTM88's Terms & Conditions

• Notifying members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before material amendments take effect;

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the RTM88 platform shall be resolved in accordance with the following procedure:

• First Stage — Internal Resolution: Members are encouraged to contact RTM88's customer support team first to resolve any disputes directly. RTM88 is committed to handling every complaint fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
• Second Stage — Arbitration: Should a dispute not be resolved internally, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with mutually agreed procedures.
• Jurisdiction: Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

The Malay version of these Terms & Conditions is the official version. In the event of any inconsistency with a translation in another language, the Malay version shall prevail.
